About the Role
As an Acquisition Manager at Crystal View Properties, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities in the commercial and residential real estate markets. You will work closely with the investment team to evaluate potential deals, conduct due diligence, and negotiate terms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or investment analysis
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience with Excel and other financial analysis software
