About the Role
As a Property Manager at Crystal View Properties, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's portfolio of commercial and residential properties. This includes managing budgets, coordinating maintenance and repairs, handling tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of property management software and accounting principles
Valid Real Estate License (if required by state)
