This includes creating marketing materials, coordinating advertising campaigns, and working with the leasing team to fill vacancies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field


  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or sales


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills


  • Experience with marketing and advertising


  • Knowledge of property management software

About the Company

At Crystal View Properties, our marketing and sales team is responsible for promoting our properties and filling vacancies. Led by our CEO and Founder, Elijah Rodriguez, our team creates marketing materials, coordinates advertising campaigns, and works closely with the leasing team to find the best tenants for our properties. We strive to generate steady rental income for our investors by keeping our properties fully leased.
