About the Role
As a Real Estate Investor at Crystal View Properties, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and executing investment opportunities in the commercial and residential real estate markets. You will work closely with the acquisition and management teams to evaluate potential deals and negotiate terms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investing or development
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Valid Real Estate License (if required by state)
